Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
WobbleImage is built to animate images inside your browser. This policy explains what stays on your device and what ordinary website data may still be processed when you visit the site.
Image processing stays local
When you choose an image, WobbleImage decodes it, stores the painted motion mask, renders the animation, and prepares the export in your browser. We do not upload your source image, mask, or generated GIF or WebM to a conversion server.
The browser may temporarily keep this data in memory or in a Blob URL while the editor is open. Closing or reloading the page releases that temporary working state. Downloaded files remain wherever you choose to save them.
Website requests and operational logs
Like most websites, the hosting and security providers that deliver WobbleImage may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. This information may be used to operate the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand aggregate traffic.
Analytics choices and regional settings
To decide whether an analytics choice is required, WobbleImage uses country-level IP geolocation supplied by Cloudflare. The browser receives only a yes-or-no result; WobbleImage does not store the country code for this purpose. If a country cannot be determined, the site uses the non-modal analytics flow.
When the country-level signal identifies a visitor in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded unless you accept it in the consent banner. Outside those regions, or when the signal is unavailable, Google Analytics may load by default when it is configured. If you choose a setting, it is stored locally under wobbleimage:analytics-consent; you can reopen the analytics controls from the site footer at any time. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may collect aggregate usage information such as page views, device category, and referring page. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled.
Plausible Analytics may also be configured for aggregate site measurement; when it is not configured, no Plausible script is loaded.
Local storage and cookies
WobbleImage may use local storage to remember an analytics choice. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, optional analytics services may set measurement cookies only after consent. The editor itself does not require an account or a cloud project.
Third-party links
Pages may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and WobbleImage does not control those services.
Children
WobbleImage is a general-purpose creative tool and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information through the contact channel if local law does not permit you to do so.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions, use the contact page.
